Job description
1. Engage in related technical work, both in R&D and production.
2. Engaged in organic synthesis or inorganic materials (carbon materials, metal oxides, silicon carbide, etc.) formulation development, molding process and performance research, including organic synthesis, inorganic powder/microsphere material formulation, molding, heat treatment, material characterization testing Experience is preferred.
3. Conduct material application evaluation test.
4. Guide the production of finalized products and adjust the process to achieve optimized product quality and yield.
Job requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above in chemical engineering, inorganic non-metallic materials, materials or chemistry-related majors, with experience in silicate products, carbon-carbon composite materials, and functional ceramic materials development projects.
2. Ability to make full use of auxiliary tools such as Web of Science and patent databases.
3. Have a good sense of interpersonal communication and be able to cooperate with the company's internal and external technical resources to promote scientific research projects.
4. Love technology research and development, and be proactive.
5. Willing to develop with the company for a long time and assume the responsibilities of personnel and project leaders.
